What we actually do
We work with companies whose tools no longer fit — the spreadsheet has become the system of record, and work that took one person now takes three.
Our job is to build the software that removes that, which always means designing a data model and being honest about what to solve first.
We take complete products, including the long stretch afterwards.
How we make decisions
Fit the business, not the framework
A three-page site does not need what a multi-tenant platform needs. Pretending otherwise costs you money.
Say what we do not know
Estimates come with their assumptions. If something is uncertain, you hear it while it is still cheap to change.
Design for the second year
Anything can be made to work once. We build so the next change is small.
Leave you able to leave
You own your code, your data and your accounts. We would rather earn the next project than hold the last one.
